On February 2nd, 2022, the Canadian Corrugated and Containerboard Association posted our FLL innovation project presentation for the world to see on their Youtube channel. Shortly after that, on February 8th, the board of directors of the CCCA watched our presentation at their quarterly board meeting.
On March 1st, 2022 we were interviewed by FIRST Robotics Canada on it's weekly FIRST Canada Livestream.
On the show, we shared our Z-Box innovation and our passion for STEM robotics, to robotics
enthusiasts around the world.
On April 8, 2022, Ctrl-Z presented its research and innovative solution to 200 attendees from the Bayview Glen Lower School. The students were intrigued by our Z-Box sustainable packaging solution. It was a really great learning experience for both the audience and us.
On April 9, 2022, Ctrl-Z delivered its innovation project presentation to 20 attendees from Bayview Glen’s intramural robotics competition. We responded to interesting questions from the audience that showed the strengths of the Z-Box and they also gave us some ideas as to next steps to be taken.
On April 16, 2022, Ctrl-Z Bayview Glen was invited to the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) Provincial Championships held at the Paramount Foods Centre in Mississauga, ON. The event was an opportunity for the FRC competitors and fans to recognize Ctrl-Z for having recently won the FLL Ontario East Provincial Championship and to send the team off to the Houston FIRST Championship. CtrlZ demonstrated its robot to an audience of about 2200 at the FRC Provincials
